Scope of Work
 

Supply of 3 Kms long Under Ground C.S. Spiral welded Cooling Water Pipeline.

Scope of above work is as follow :

  • Design & Engineering
  • Fabrication of 72” dia x 12m Long Pipes & 90° (L/S radius), 68.2°, 55.5°,45°, 30° 29.2°, 20.2°, 19.5° Miter Bends
  • Fabrication and Erection of 32" dia Manholes
  • Fabrication and supply of 72” dia Flanges
  • All pipes are hydrotested
  • Internal Painting of pipeline with 2-part Epoxy paint of 500 microns (International Interline 925)
  • External Wrapping of pipeline with 2 layers of 2mm Coal tar tape and coal tar enamel
  • All weld joints are 100% Radiographically examined using Panoramic X-ray machine
